This page explains what we collect when you ask to be called back, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
VITAWAVE LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 15081763, International House, 101 King’s Cross Road, London WC1X 9LP, contactable at contact@riya.trade.
VITAWAVE LTD is established in the United Kingdom and has no establishment in the European Union, so your data is transferred there. That transfer rests on the adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission on 21 December 2025, which allow personal data to flow from the Union to the United Kingdom without further contractual safeguards.
When you fill in the call-back form, we record:

| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Calling you back on the number you gave and answering your request | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through a box that is not pre-ticked |
| Keeping proof of that consent | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — French rules on telephone canvassing |
| Taking and fulfilling your order, if you place one | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Measuring where enquiries come from | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
Your consent to telephone canvassing is valid for one year from the day you give it and is not renewed automatically. We call only Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 10 am and 1 pm and between 2 pm and 8 pm, and no more than four times in any thirty-day period.
Your data is available to the call-centre advisers who call you back, and to our technical providers, who act as processors and only on our instructions:
The form feeds no database on this site: your request is sent by email to our customer service team, who enter it into the order management tool. Some of these providers are established outside the European Union and outside a country recognised as adequate; those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (implementing decision (EU) 2021/914), a copy of which you can obtain by writing to contact@riya.trade. Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time — including verbally during a call — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@riya.trade. We reply within one month of receiving it, which may be extended by two months where the request is complex or where we receive a large number of requests — we tell you within the first month if that happens (Art. 12.3 GDPR). You may also leave directions about what happens to your data after your death (Art. 85 of the French Data Protection Act), and lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. Only the technical resources strictly necessary to display the page are used, and the typefaces are served from our own domain. Hosting by Cloudflare may set a strictly technical security cookie. As these are necessary to provide the service, no consent banner is required.
When you dial 09 73 05 35 69 yourself, your number is displayed so that we can handle your call. An incoming call is your own initiative and is not canvassing. If, during the conversation, you agree to be called again later, that consent is taken verbally, written down in our order management tool and subject to the same rules as above.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and received in an inbox with restricted access. The form is protected against automated submissions.
