These are the figures printed on the boxes you will
receive, copied line by line. The percentages are NRVs — nutrient reference values. The pack
states them for two sticks; here they are given per stick, which is the dose our programmes
are built on.
Joint Support Complex
6 g stick, 180 g pack (6 g × 30 sticks). The dose on
the pack is one to two sticks a day, so one box covers thirty days at one stick a day.

Food supplement with sweeteners. The rest of the stick is made up of maltodextrin, natural
flavourings, acidity regulators, red beetroot juice powder and an anti-caking agent.
Contains fish (the chondroitin is of marine origin) and bovine collagen.
May contain traces of gluten, egg, soya, milk, nuts and celery. One stick in 150 ml of water,
stirred until fully dissolved.
Enzyme Complex

from stevia).

water, to be drunk soon after mixing.

Contraindications, as printed on the packs
Joint Support Complex — not recommended
for anyone on anticoagulant treatment, in cases of heart or kidney failure with oedema, or in
cases of hypersensitivity or allergy to salicylate derivatives.
Enzyme Complex — not recommended in
cases of cross-allergy, in particular to the Asteraceae family.
For both: if you are on any medication, speak to a
health professional before starting.
Before you use the balm. It contains melittin, a peptide from bee venom, as well as
essential oils. It is not suitable for anyone allergic to bee stings and must not be applied to
broken skin. Adults only, external use only. A patch test on the inner elbow is recommended
before first use. If it comes into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly
with water.
